Once appointed, Mr. Singer, on behalf of the court may :
- Sign closing paperwork, deeds, listing agreement, and purchase contracts.
- Hire an Attorney or Real Estate Agent(s).
In addition, once appointed partition referee, Mr. Singer will become responsible for all processes in the partition of the property and any other court-ordered duties.
