Judge Appointed Court Receiver, Court Referee, Partition Referee
While there are some situations in which judges recommend the appointment of Receivership Specialists as the Court Receiver, Court Referee, or Partition Referee to an action, more often than not, judges leave the recommendation of Court Receiver, Court Referee, or Partition Referee up to the legal counsel.
In cases like this, the petitioning party has the opportunity to request the appointment of Receivership Specialists as the Court Receiver, Court Referee, or Partition Referee to the case. This request is usually made via the moving papers or at the court hearing for the appointment of a Court Receiver, Court Referee, or Partition Referee.
