Mr. Hoover has directed real estate portfolio management for large organizations. He has managed strategy development, construction, conditional use process, annual budgeting, capital expenses, procurement and safety programs for portfolio valued at over $4 billion.
He has worked for commercial real estate consulting company that acted on behalf of clients to acquire, sell, lease, and manage commercial real estate properties. And has customized services designed to identify problems and implement solutions.
He has experience as an asset manager for a company’s medical office portfolio and has prepared necessary monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, managed and developed business plans, budgets and forecasting for each asset. He has negotiated third party contracts, implemented capital improvements and value-added programs within the portfolio.
Mr. Hoover is a License Real Estate Broker in California and holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
Mr, Hoover holds a Bachelor of Political Science/International Relations from USC.
