Jeffrey Engerman: Senior Project ManagerJeffrey C. Engerman has worked with Receivership Specialists since 2015 where he draws upon his extensive and varied background in business, law, real estate, and project management. A proven leader, Mr. Engerman works closely with Receivership Specialists’ founders, Kevin Singer and John Rachlin, managing cases requiring his specific skills and areas of expertise. Mr. Engerman is an integral component of Mr. Singer’s work as a court-appointed receiver, referee, and Chapter 11 bankruptcy trustee. Mr. Engerman is involved with Receivership Specialists’ projects in California, Arizona, Nevada, and Colorado.
Mr. Engerman earned his MBA from the Graduate School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin with Dean’s Honors in 1996 and his law degree from the School of Law at the University of Texas at Austin in 1999. He graduated from Tulane University in 1990 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
