David Kamm:
Senior Project Manager
David Kamm joins the Receivership Specialists team with more than 27 years of experience in project management, asset management, residential and commercial real estate management and leasing.
Mr. Kamm headed the Residential Management Division of Birtcher American Properties, in conjunction with the REO department of the former American Savings & Loan. At Held Properties, Mr. Kamm was the development coordinator of the 100, 200 and 300 UCLA Medical Plaza public-private venture, working extensively with architects, contractors, project managers, lenders and University representatives, both at the campus and State level. In addition to the $175 million, 600,000 square foot UCLA project, Mr. Kamm also served as asset manager for Held Properties’ one million square feet of office and medical office buildings, and was in-house counsel for lease negotiations.
Subsequent to Held Properties, Mr. Kamm was Department Head and Vice President of Client Communications for MullinTBG, a financial services firm whose clients included the top executives of such varied firms as The Coca-Cola Company, Wal-Mart, Nordstrom, Farmers Insurance Group of Companies and The Cheesecake Factory.
Mr. Kamm earned his J.D. from Boston University School of Law and his BA from Occidental College in Los Angeles. Mr. Kamm is a licensed attorney admitted to the Massachusetts Bar.
Mr. Kamm’s organizational, real estate, project and legal experience brings added depth to the project management team at Receivership Specialists.
