Louis Dawson is a senior project manager for Receivership Specialists. Ms. Dawson is a graduate from Michigan State University. She has over 20 years in the hospitality industry including owning two successful restaurants and a catering company. She is an operations specialist with restaurants, bars, lounges, and nightclubs. From 2006 – 2009, Ms. Dawson was the lead restaurant consultant for the San Francisco Small Business Development Center where she helped to develop and teach The Restaurant Series seminars. She has worked with Receivership Specialists since 2010 and is an expert in running gas stations, convenience stores, and car washes.
