David Ross is an accomplished CFO/COO with experience in launching start-up companies both in e-commerce and the medical device industry. His experience includes leading accounting teams, developing financial strategies, cost accounting, financial planning, and analysis, and providing C Suite with the tools necessary to make informative decisions about maximizing ROI.
Before joining Receivership Specialist, Mr. Ross served as Chief Financial Officer of Ashkelon Group where he was responsible for all financial aspects of the business including accounting team, creating Dashboard, and made significant departmental changes based on financial variance analysis. Provide reporting to CEO and BOD, manage all banking and financial relationships. Prepare all financial statements, manage HR and safety program. Prepare month-end reports.
During his professional tenure and in addition to CFO and COO positions, Mr. Ross was instrumental in developing standard operations for finance and operations; marketing investment opportunities to top-tier investors; forging and managing executive-level client relationships to identify and develop solutions for retail consumer product distribution; identifying strategic opportunity for client to protect from competitor threat and increase market share by 20% placing them in a dominant position in the marketplace; implementing incentive program which increased factory performance by 20%; and creating process and IQ/OQ/PQ for initial launch of product and relaunch of product during Covid-19 in-home solution.
